Masters of Science with a Specialization in Policy Economics
The Masters of Science with a Specialization in Policy Economics (MSPE), established in 1984, is the largest and most successful program of its kind in the United States. More than 1,000 students from over 80 countries have graduated from the program since its establishment. Our alumni have served as ministers, governors of central banks, and in other high ranking positions in governments and international organizations. Many of our alumni enter Ph.D. programs in Illinois and elsewhere, and obtain academic positions at prestigious universities.
